How access works
Your phone is the key
Once your booking is paid, a door PIN is sent to you by WhatsApp, SMS or email. It starts working at check-in on your arrival date and stops working at check-out on the morning you leave, so there is no key to collect, no key to lose and no deposit to argue about.
Walking in without a booking is fine too. The front desk can issue a code on the spot, subject to a room being free.
Time-limited PIN
Valid only for your booked dates, and only for your room door.
Arrive whenever
Check-in from 14:00. A late flight is not a problem, the code works at 3am.
Nothing to lose
No key to collect and none to hand back. Lose your phone and the desk issues a new code.
