Cancellation and refund policy
Plans change. This page sets out what happens when you cancel, move your dates, arrive late or leave early on a booking made directly with Nobleyy Apartment.
Free cancellation
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in time. Cancel within that window and you get everything you paid back.
| When you cancel | What you get back |
|---|---|
| More than 24 hours before check-in | Full refund |
| Less than 24 hours before check-in | Everything except the first night |
| On a non-refundable rate | Nothing, see below |
To cancel, reply to your confirmation message or call the front desk with your booking reference. A cancellation counts from the moment we receive it, so tell us as early as you can. All times are local to the property.
If you booked through a travel agent or a booking site rather than with us directly, their cancellation policy applies and you should cancel with them.
Non-refundable rates
Some rates are cheaper because they are paid up front and cannot be refunded. When that is the case, the booking summary says so clearly before you pay.
On a non-refundable rate there is no refund if you cancel or do not arrive. We can usually still move your dates once, subject to availability, if you ask at least 48 hours before check-in.
If you do not arrive
A booking is treated as a no-show if you have not arrived by 12 noon on the day after your check-in date and have not told us you are coming late.
We charge the first night, cancel the rest of the booking and refund the remaining nights. Your door code stops working at that point. A quick call or message saying you will be late keeps the room and the code active, and there is no charge for arriving late.
Leaving early
Tell the front desk before check-out time on the day you decide to leave. We charge for the nights you have used plus the night you leave, and refund the rest.
Nights already used are never refunded, and non-refundable rates stay non-refundable if you leave early.
Changing your dates
Moving your dates is free on a standard rate if you ask more than 24 hours before check-in and the new dates are available. Send us your booking reference and the new dates.
- If the new dates cost more, you pay the difference. If they cost less, we refund the difference.
- A change means a new door code, so use the most recent code we send you.
- Shortening a stay within the free cancellation window is treated as a change, not a cancellation.
How refunds are paid
- We confirm the cancellation and the refund amount by message or email.
- We send the refund back the same way you paid: to the card you used, or to the bank account the transfer came from.
- Your bank or card issuer credits it to your account.
We start a refund within 2 working days of confirming it. Card refunds usually appear in 5 to 10 working days and bank transfers usually within 5 working days, depending on your bank. We refund the full amount we received: any charge your own bank applies at its end is outside our control.
If a refund has not reached you after 10 working days, contact us with your booking reference and we will trace it with the payment provider.
If we have to cancel
Very occasionally we have to cancel a booking: serious damage to a room, a safety problem in the building, or an event outside our control such as a prolonged utility failure, flooding, civil unrest or an order from a public authority.
If that happens we tell you as soon as we can, offer you an equal or better room here or at a comparable place nearby, and cover the reasonable cost of the move. If neither suits you, we refund your booking in full, including non-refundable rates. We cannot cover onward costs such as flights.
We may also cancel a booking that is unpaid, that appears fraudulent, or where a previous stay ended because our house rules were seriously broken.
