Questions and answers
Everything guests usually ask
Booking, paying, letting yourself in, and what happens if plans change. If your question is not here, the front desk answers 24 hours a day.
Booking and payment
Reserving a room, what you pay and when.
How do I book a room?
Pick your dates and the number of guests on the booking form, and you will see every room type that is genuinely free for those nights, with its rate. Choose one, enter your name, email and phone number, and pay.
The whole thing takes about a minute. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to print.
How can I pay?
Online you can pay by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer through your own bank’s secure checkout. Payment is handled by the payment provider, not by us, your card details never touch this website.
If you would rather settle at the front desk, cash, POS or a company transfer, call us and we will hold a room for you instead of taking payment online.
When is my booking actually confirmed?
The moment payment clears. You get a booking reference on screen straight away and a confirmation by email, and the room is taken out of availability for your dates.
While you are still on the payment page the room is held for you for a short window. If payment is not completed in that time the hold expires and the room goes back on sale.
Are there extra fees or a security deposit?
The rate you see for your dates is the rate you pay. Taxes and charges, where they apply, are included in the total shown before you confirm, there is no surprise line at check-out.
Because entry is by door PIN rather than a physical key, there is no key deposit to leave and nothing to reclaim when you go.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Put the guest’s name on the booking so it matches the person who arrives, and give a phone number they can be reached on, that is where the door PIN is sent.
If you are paying for a colleague or family member and want the receipt in your own name, say so when you book and we will invoice accordingly.
Do I get a better rate booking direct?
Booking on this site is the cheapest way to stay with Nobleyy Apartment. There is no travel-agent commission built into the price, and the availability you see is the same live inventory the front desk works from.
Check-in and access
The door PIN, arrival times and what to do if something goes wrong.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
If you need the room earlier or a little longer, ask us, where the room is not taken that night we will usually say yes.
How does the door PIN work?
Each room door has a keypad lock. Once your booking is paid we generate a PIN just for you and send it by WhatsApp, SMS and email, along with the address and directions.
The PIN starts working at 14:00 on your arrival day and stops working at 11:00 on the day you leave. It opens your room only. Nobody else is issued the same code for your stay, and the code is retired the moment you check out.
When exactly will I get my PIN?
For most bookings it arrives with your confirmation, immediately after payment. For bookings made well in advance we send it again the day before you arrive, so it is at the top of your messages when you need it.
If it has not reached you an hour before check-in, call the front desk, we can resend it in seconds.
My PIN is not working. What do I do?
First check that you are at the right room number and that you have entered the code exactly, including any leading digit. Most keypads need you to press the key symbol or hash to submit.
If it still will not open, call the front desk. Someone is on duty 24 hours and can let you in and re-issue a code straight away. You will never be locked out overnight.
I am arriving very late, or very early. Is that a problem?
No. Self check-in exists precisely for this. A code that works at 2am works at 2am, there is no one to wake and no queue to join.
Arriving before 14:00? Your code will not open the door until check-in time, but you are welcome to leave your bags at the front desk and come back.
Can I just walk in without booking?
Yes, if a room is free. The front desk can take a walk-in booking and issue you a PIN there and then, or give you a physical key card if you would prefer one.
Availability at the door is whatever has not sold online, so on a busy night booking ahead is the safer bet.
Do I need to show ID?
Bring a government-issued ID, the name should match the booking. For self check-in you will not be asked for it at the door, but the front desk may ask to see it during your stay, and we are required to keep a guest register.
During your stay
Wi-Fi, housekeeping, power and everything else once you are in the room.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, throughout the building and at no extra charge. The network name and password are on the card in your room, and also on the welcome message sent with your PIN.
What happens when the power goes off?
You should not notice. Mains supply is backed by a generator and an inverter, so the lights, the air conditioning, the Wi-Fi and the door locks keep working through an outage.
The keypad locks also hold their own battery charge, so a power cut can never leave you unable to open your door.
How often is my room cleaned?
Every morning, unless you tell us otherwise. Housekeeping will not enter while you are in the room, hang the do-not-disturb card, or send us a message, and they will come back later.
Fresh towels, extra water or an extra pillow can be requested at any hour.
Can I extend my stay?
Usually yes. Tell us as early as you can and we will check whether your room is free for the extra nights. If it is, we extend your booking, take payment for the additional nights and your existing PIN simply keeps working through the new check-out date.
If your room is already taken, we will move you to another one and send a new code.
Can I have visitors in my room?
Guests are welcome to receive visitors in the lounge at any time. Anyone staying overnight in the room must be registered at the front desk first, it is a safety requirement, and it means the right number of people are accounted for.
Please do not share your door PIN with anyone outside your booking.
Is there parking, and can I leave luggage?
There is secure off-street parking inside the compound at no extra charge, watched around the clock.
Luggage can be left at the front desk on the day you arrive and on the day you leave, whether or not you are in the room.
Changes and cancellation
Changing your dates, cancelling, and how refunds are handled.
Can I cancel my booking?
That depends on the rate you booked. Refundable rates can be cancelled up to the cut-off shown on the rate at the time of booking, with the amount paid returned in full. Non-refundable rates are cheaper precisely because they are not returned.
Your confirmation email states clearly which one you are on. If you are not sure, quote your booking reference and we will tell you.
How do I cancel or move my dates?
Call or email the front desk with your booking reference. Moving dates is often easier than cancelling: where the new nights are available at the same rate, we will simply shift the booking and re-issue your door PIN for the new dates.
What happens if I do not turn up?
A booking nobody arrives for is marked as a no-show after the first night, and the room is released for the remaining nights. On a non-refundable rate the amount paid is not returned.
If your plans have collapsed at the last minute, ring us anyway. It is far better to talk to us before check-in than after.
How long does a refund take?
We release approved refunds on the same working day. After that it is your bank’s timetable, not ours: card refunds usually appear within five to ten working days, bank transfers rather sooner.
We will confirm by email the moment the refund leaves our side.
Does my door PIN stop working if I cancel?
Yes, immediately. A cancelled booking has no valid dates, so the code is retired at once, which is also why a code from a previous stay will never let you back in.
Still not answered?
